Dear Watermark Church family,

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” Ephesians 2:8,9

Salvation from our sins is the result of God’s grace, or His undeserved favor toward us. Those who are forgiven by faith in Jesus have one thing to boast in: Jesus and His work on the cross for us. Though our good deeds can never save us from sin, we ARE created by God to do good works to demonstrate that we ARE saved!

For every believer in Christ, serving follows salvation! So, one of God’s purposes for my life is for me to serve God by serving others. We call that ministry.

You are gifted by God to serve!

The Body of Christ (the church) needs you to fulfill the ministry God has gifted you for!

That means you will be the most fulfilled and the most fruitful when you do what you have a passion for!

Join us this Sunday at Watermark Church at 10:30am as we will look at how God has shaped you for serving Him. Also, join us this SUNDAY for the S.H.A.P.E.
