Larry Kinkopf
Co-Pastor

Pastor Larry Kinkopf is from Ohio, and has lived in Cincinnati for over twenty years. He is married to Ava, and they have five adult children. He has been a pastor with Great Commission Churches (gccweb.org) since 1983. As a communicator of God's Word, Larry's passion is to present the message of the bible in a way that can be understood and applied in everyday life. He is also involved in helping members grow as followers of Christ and as leaders in their homes, church and community. Strengthening marriages and families is another emphasis that Larry enjoys. He would love to have you and your family experience the joy of having Christ and His Word at the center of your lives at Watermark Church!  Larry is a graduate of Cincinnati Bible Seminary and The Ohio State University.

Ron German
Co-Pastor

Pastor Ron German is from Ohio and has been a pastor for 30 years having pastored at South Watterson Trail Baptist Church, Louisville, KY and First Baptist Church, Monroe, Ohio. In addition Ron served as an elder as part of a merged congregation with Forest Park Community Church and as a Minister at Green Castle Baptist Church both in Louisville, Kentucky   Ron is married to Peggy and has one daughter and two grandchildren.  While traveling for business Ron became a Christian while reading a Gideon’s bible in a hotel room.  This encounter with the living word of God has lead Ron to a lifelong passion for the study of God’s Word which is evident in his sermons and the bible classes he teaches.  Ron vision for the Church is to see God’s people, as good stewards, fully utilizing God’s assets to reach the unchurched with the Gospel message.  This vision has led Ron to initiate two church mergers so that “by combining our talents and resources we can do greater things for the Kingdom”.  One of those mergers was with the First Baptist Church of  Monroe and Grace Harbor Community Church and the other was with South Watterson Trail Baptist Church and Forest Park Community Church.   Ron is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati.
